# Swarmtix

> Swarmtix is an event ticketing and registration platform for tech conferences, developer events, meetups, and virtual or hybrid events. Ticketing for physical events has no monthly fee and costs $0.99 + 1.5% per paid ticket.

Organisers create an event page, define ticket types, and sell tickets. Payments run through the organiser's own Stripe or PayPal account, or by bank wire transfer. Free tickets carry no fee. Physical events need no subscription, only the per-ticket fee. Virtual and online events need a paid monthly plan (Virtual Basic, Virtual Professional, or Virtual Premium), each with a 14-day free trial. Features include reserved seating charts, unlimited ticket types, promo and access codes, custom checkout fields, donations, attendee import, team members, a mobile QR check-in app for iOS and Android, real-time sales analytics, recurring and multi-day events, multi-track agendas with speaker profiles, Zapier and outgoing webhooks, an MCP server that lets an AI assistant read events, orders, attendees and analytics and build draft events, and streaming through Zoom, YouTube, and Vimeo.
