Welcome to SwarmTix! We are an e-ticketing platform dedicated to making your life easier and bringing people together through different life experiences. Through our platform, SwarmTix helps event organizers, planners, and charitable organizations (“Hosts”) who are registered users to create and manage different events or fundraisers easily. We refer to Hosts, Attendees, and other visitors and browsers of the Services collectively as “Users” or “you.”

3. Collecting Your Personal Information
SwarmTix may collect personal information from you such as your name, phone number, and email address on behalf of our clients (the “Hosts”). When you buy or attempt to buy a ticket from a Host using the Website and the Website Services, SwarmTix collects additional information on behalf of the Hosts, including, without limitation, financial information from you (credit card data, billing address, etc.). These are called personal information or personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information, birth date, gender, etc. You also provide non-personal information, such as the domain used to access the Website, the date and time you access the site, and the type and version of the browser or operating system being used by visitors to the Website.

4. Data Protection
SwarmTix has security measures in place to help safeguard your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. Only authorized individuals managing SwarmTix are permitted to access your personal information. We also encrypt all credit card data before it is sent from your computer through the Internet Gateway. SwarmTix does not store any credit card data except for the last 4 digits of the card, and this is available only so that the Host can ensure the buyer’s identity in the case that a ticket is lost or misplaced. We take precautions to ensure the security of your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee that hackers or unauthorized personnel will not gain access to your personal information despite our efforts.

5. Use of Information
SwarmTix may use information that we collect about you in one or more of the following ways:
• Processing the payment for tickets you purchase;
• Delivering tickets, products, and services made on the Website;
• To communicate with you by e-mail, telephone, and/or mobile devices about events and tickets you purchase;
• To include you in Hosts’ mailing lists in which you choose to participate;
• To better protect you from or identify fraudulent transactions;
• To enforce our terms and conditions.

Third parties have their own privacy policies that govern their use of your information. There are a number of places on the Website where you may click on a link to access other websites that don’t operate under this Privacy Policy. At no time does SwarmTix use your personal information to send commercial or promotional emails. If a Host sends such communications, you should contact the Host to opt out.
