What is Swarmtix?

Swarmtix is an event ticketing and management platform that helps you create, promote, and manage events of all sizes.

Is Swarmtix free to use?

Yes! You can create and manage free events at no cost. For paid ticket sales, we offer affordable plans with competitive transaction fees.

What types of events can I create?

Swarmtix supports in-person events, online events (with Zoom integration), hybrid events, and multi-session conferences.

Account & Billing

How do I create an account?

Visit the Swarmtix homepage, click Sign Up, enter your email and password, then verify your email address.

How do I reset my password?

Click Sign In, then Forgot Password, enter your email, and check your inbox for the reset link.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

Events

How do I create an event?

Can I edit my event after publishing?

Yes, you can edit most event details after publishing. Some changes (like date/time) will notify registered attendees.

Can I duplicate an event?

Yes! Click Duplicate on any event to create a copy with the same settings.

Tickets & Payments

How do attendees receive their tickets?

Tickets are emailed immediately after purchase, available in the attendee's Swarmtix account, and downloadable as PDF with QR code.

How do refunds work?

Go to the order in your dashboard, click Issue Refund, choose full or partial refund. Funds return to the original payment method in 5-10 business days.

Online Events

How does Zoom integration work?

When you connect Zoom, webinars are created automatically, attendees are registered when they purchase, and join links are sent via email.

Do attendees need a Zoom account?

No, attendees can join via browser without a Zoom account.
