Learn about Swarmtix subscription plans and how to manage your account.
Subscription Plans
In-person events have no monthly fee. You pay per paid ticket. Online events need a Virtual plan.
Pay as you go (free)
For in-person events:
- Unlimited free events and free tickets (free tickets carry no fee)
- $0.99 + 1.5% per paid ticket, no monthly fee
- Seating charts, unlimited ticket types, donations, mobile check-in app, discount and access codes, attendee import, custom checkout form and event page customization
- Up to 5 team members
White label ($20/month or $200/year)
An add-on for your brand:
- Ticketing on your own domain
- Your logo on pages and tickets, no Swarmtix branding
- Extra page layouts and ticket templates
- The same $0.99 + 1.5% per paid ticket
Virtual plans (online events)
Online events need Virtual Basic, Virtual Professional or Virtual Premium. All three include the in-person features above and start with a 14-day free trial.

Managing Your Subscription
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Subscription settings
- Click Upgrade
- Select new plan
- Enter payment information
- Confirm upgrade
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount.
Cancellation
After cancellation:
- Access retained until billing period ends
- Event data preserved for 90 days
- Export your data before cancellation
