Ticket Design
Open Tickets → Manage Tickets → Ticket design in your event editor to customize the PDF attendees receive.

Choose Classic, Banner, or Minimal.

Pick an accent color and optionally upload event artwork (PNG or JPEG, up to 5 MB and 16 million pixels). The live preview updates as you edit. For newly uploaded artwork, choose Crop to wide banner (3:1) and adjust its position and zoom. Crops are saved with the image; upload the original again to recrop it later.

Select Preview PDF to see a sample with your unsaved changes.

Select Save ticket design to apply it to the event.
Your existing event branding settings control the host logo. Artwork stays separate from the QR code so tickets remain easy to scan.
Saved designs apply to new tickets and future downloads or resends of existing orders. PDFs already sent by email do not change. Events that have not saved a custom design keep their existing ticket layout.
