Your Own Domain (White-label)
Sell tickets on your own web address, with your branding and your own sender email
Your Own Domain (White-label)
With the White-label plan your events live on your own address, for example tickets.yourclub.com. Buyers see your name, your colors and your logo. Swarmtix does not appear on your pages, in your buyer emails or on your tickets.
What your buyers see
- A landing page at your address with your headline, your upcoming events, your past events and your links
- Your event pages and checkout, with your name in the browser tab and no "Powered by Swarmtix"
- Ticket emails from your name, in your colors, and (optionally) from your own email address
- A ticket PDF with your logo
Your ticket fee stays the same: $0.99 + 1.5% per paid ticket.
Quick Start
- Get the White-label plan (see Pricing), or ask Swarmtix support to enable it for your account
- Go to Settings and open Custom domain
- Type your address in Connect a domain, for example
tickets.yourclub.com, and click Add domain - Add the DNS records shown on the page at your domain provider (see below)
- Wait for the status to change from Pending to Active
- Fill in your branding and click Save branding
Use a subdomain such as tickets.yourclub.com. A bare domain such as yourclub.com is not supported.
Step 1: Add the DNS records
After you click Add domain, the page shows a table of records. Add each one where you manage your domain (your domain provider or DNS host).
| Type | Name | Value |
|---|---|---|
| CNAME | tickets.yourclub.com | domains.swarmtix.com |
| TXT | shown on the page (only if one is needed) | shown on the page |
The CNAME tells the internet that your address belongs to Swarmtix. Swarmtix then creates the secure padlock (https) for you. You do not need to buy or install a certificate.
Step 2: Wait for Active
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | We are checking your records and creating the padlock. This can take a few minutes. Your address does not work yet. |
| Active | Ready. Your address now shows your pages. Use Preview to open it. |
| Failed | It was not ready after 3 days, or the records were removed later. Fix the records, click Remove domain, and add it again. |
While the status is Pending or Failed, your events stay available on swarmtix.com as usual.
Step 3: Add your branding
On the same page, under Branding, you can set:
- Primary color and accent color (a six-digit code such as
#1f2a44) - Headline and subheadline for your landing page
- Website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X links
- Support email: buyers who reply to a ticket email reach this address
- Footer text
- Favicon: the small icon in the browser tab
Your organization logo, header image and description (set under Organization) are used on the landing page as well.
If a value is not accepted (for example a color that is not a six-digit code), the page tells you which field to fix and nothing is changed.
Step 4 (optional): Send emails from your own address
By default, buyer emails come from your name through a Swarmtix address, and replies go to your support email. To send from your own address, such as [email protected]:
- Under Branded email, type your domain (for example
yourclub.com) and click Add email domain - Add the three CNAME records shown in the table at your domain provider
- Wait until the status shows Verified. This can take up to 72 hours.
Once verified, ticket emails are sent from [email protected].
If you later remove those records, the status changes to Failed and emails go back to the default sender. Your buyers still get their tickets.
What works on your address
Your address shows only what buyers need: your landing page, your event pages, checkout and ticket downloads.
Pages like sign-in, pricing and the dashboard are not available there. Manage your events at swarmtix.com as before.
If someone opens an old swarmtix.com link to one of your events or to your organizer page, they are sent to your address automatically.
If your plan ends
- Your custom address stops working at once and shows "Page not found"
- Your events are available on swarmtix.com again, with Swarmtix branding
- After 7 days, the domain records on our side are removed
- If you get the plan back within that time, your address works again without any new setup
Remove a domain
Click Remove domain on the Custom domain page. Your address stops working at once. You can add the same address again later.
Troubleshooting
The status stays Pending
- Check that the CNAME record is saved exactly as shown, with no extra characters
- Some providers add your domain name automatically. If your provider already adds
.yourclub.com, enter onlyticketsas the name - DNS changes can take time. Wait a few minutes and reload the page
I get "Enter a subdomain such as tickets.yourclub.com"
- Use at least three parts:
tickets.yourclub.com - Do not add
https://, a slash or a port - Addresses that belong to Swarmtix cannot be used
"This domain is already connected to another account"
The address is in use by someone else. Pick a different subdomain.
Buyers see "Page not found"
- The status is not Active, or your White-label plan is not active
- The page they opened is not a buyer page (for example
/login)
I cannot sign in on my own address
That is expected. Sign in at swarmtix.com to manage your events.
Good to know
- Reminder emails (sent before an event) are not branded yet
- Open the Preview link only when the status is Active
