Managing Your Subscription
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Subscription settings
- Click Upgrade
- Select new plan
- Enter payment information
- Confirm upgrade
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount.
Cancellation
After cancellation:
- Access retained until billing period ends
- Event data preserved for 90 days
- Export your data before cancellation
