Learn how to discover events and securely purchase tickets.
Finding Events
Browse Events
- Visit the Swarmtix homepage
- Browse featured and upcoming events
- Use filters to narrow your search
Search
Use the search bar to find specific events by:
- Event name
- Organizer name
- Venue
- Keywords
Purchasing Process
Step 1: Select Your Event
Click on an event to view details including:
- Event description and schedule
- Venue information or online access details
- Available ticket types and prices
Step 2: Choose Tickets
- Select your ticket type
- Choose quantity
- For seated events, select your seats from the venue map
Some events offer early bird pricing or group discounts. Check the ticket options for the best deals!
Step 3: Complete Registration
Fill in attendee information:
- Name and email for each ticket
- Any custom questions required by the organizer
Step 4: Payment
We accept multiple payment methods:

| PayPal | Pay with your PayPal account |
Step 5: Confirmation
After successful purchase:
- Confirmation page displays your order details
- Email confirmation sent with tickets attached
- Tickets saved to your Swarmtix account
Accessing Your Tickets
From Email
- Open your confirmation email
- Download or print your tickets
- Show QR code at the event
From Your Account
- Log in to Swarmtix
- Go to My Tickets
- Select the event
- View, download, or share your tickets
