Create a Stripe account

Connect Stripe to SwarmTix

Go to Settings > Payment Methods and click 'Connect Stripe'. You'll be redirected to Stripe to authorize the connection.

Configure payout settings

In Stripe, set your payout schedule and bank account details. SwarmTix transfers funds to Stripe immediately after purchase.

When do I receive my money?

SwarmTix transfers funds to your Stripe account immediately after each ticket purchase. Stripe then transfers funds to your bank account according to your payout schedule (typically 2 business days for US accounts).

What are the Stripe fees?

Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per successful card transaction. SwarmTix does not add any additional payment processing fees beyond our platform fee of $0.99 + 1.5% per paid ticket.

Can I issue refunds through SwarmTix?

Yes! SwarmTix can process full or partial refunds directly through Stripe. Refunds are automatically deducted from your next payout, and attendees receive the funds within 5-10 business days.

What happens if a payment fails?

Failed payments are automatically retried by Stripe. If the payment cannot be processed after retry, the ticket order is cancelled, and the attendee is notified to update their payment information.

Can I accept international payments?

Yes! Stripe supports 135+ currencies and automatic currency conversion. Your attendees pay in their local currency, and you receive funds in your account's default currency.
