When do I get paid?+

Instantly. Attendees pay through your own Stripe account, so the money lands with you the moment a ticket sells. Swarmtix never holds your revenue.

Do free tickets really cost nothing?+

Yes. Free tickets carry no Swarmtix fee, with no cap on how many you issue. You get the same event page, check-in app and attendee tools.

Can I pass the fee on to attendees?+

Yes. Flip the switch at the top of this page to see both versions. When attendees pay it, the fee is added at checkout and you keep 100% of the ticket price.

Are card processing fees included?+

No. Stripe's card processing fee is extra with Swarmtix. Eventbrite's US and Canada fees do not include processing either, but its UK, Ireland and Australia fees do. The numbers here show platform fees only.

What does white label change?+

Ticketing runs on your own domain with your logo in the header, footer and on every ticket, plus extra event-page layouts and ticket templates. The per-ticket fee stays the same.

Is there a contract?+

No. There is no monthly fee on the pay-as-you-go plan, and white label is billed monthly or yearly. Cancel whenever you like.
