How to connect Zoom

What happens if I already have a Zoom webinar created?
SwarmTix can link to existing Zoom webinars. Simply provide the webinar ID when setting up your virtual event, and we'll sync the registration data.
Are Zoom recording links shared with attendees?
Yes, if you enable recording in your webinar settings, SwarmTix can automatically email recording links to registered attendees after the event.
Can attendees join without registering through SwarmTix?
No. SwarmTix acts as the registration system, and only registered attendees receive the unique Zoom join link. This ensures accurate attendance tracking and prevents unauthorized access.
