This Privacy Policy explains how we use and protect the personal information we collect when you attempt to or actually do order a ticket using our Website or Website Services. This Policy applies to all users of SwarmTix.com (the “Website”) and the SwarmTix services (the “Website Services”).
By using the Website, you are accepting the terms of this policy and agree that they are adequate and sufficient to protect your privacy.
1. Who We Are
Welcome to SwarmTix! We are an e-ticketing platform dedicated to making your life easier and bringing people together through different life experiences. Through our platform, services, and mobile apps, you can create, register, share, and discover events. SwarmTix is managed by Doteli LLC (“SwarmTix,” “us,” “we,” or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered address at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States of America.

2. Users
Through our platform, SwarmTix helps event organizers, planners, and charitable organizations (“Hosts”) who are registered users to create and manage different events or fundraisers easily. We refer to Hosts, Attendees, and other visitors and browsers of the Services collectively as “Users” or “you.”
3. Collecting Your Personal Information
SwarmTix may collect personal information from you such as your name, phone number, and email address on behalf of our clients (the “Hosts”). When you buy or attempt to buy a ticket from a Host using the Website and the Website Services, SwarmTix collects additional information on behalf of the Hosts, including, without limitation, financial information from you (credit card data, billing address, etc.). These are called personal information or personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information, birth date, gender, etc. You also provide non-personal information, such as the domain used to access the Website, the date and time you access the site, and the type and version of the browser or operating system being used by visitors to the Website.
4. Data Protection
SwarmTix has security measures in place to help safeguard your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. Only authorized individuals managing SwarmTix are permitted to access your personal information. We also encrypt all credit card data before it is sent from your computer through the Internet Gateway. SwarmTix does not store any credit card data except for the last 4 digits of the card, and this is available only so that the Host can ensure the buyer’s identity in the case that a ticket is lost or misplaced. We take precautions to ensure the security of your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee that hackers or unauthorized personnel will not gain access to your personal information despite our efforts.
5. Use of Information
SwarmTix may use information that we collect about you in one or more of the following ways:
• Processing the payment for tickets you purchase;
• Delivering tickets, products, and services made on the Website;
• To communicate with you by e-mail, telephone, and/or mobile devices about events and tickets you purchase;
• To include you in Hosts’ mailing lists in which you choose to participate;
• To better protect you from or identify fraudulent transactions;
• To enforce our terms and conditions.
6. Other Websites/Third Parties
Third parties have their own privacy policies that govern their use of your information. There are a number of places on the Website where you may click on a link to access other websites that don’t operate under this Privacy Policy. These third-party websites may independently collect information, including personal information, from you. Please review the privacy policies of these third parties.
At no time does SwarmTix use your personal information to send commercial or promotional emails. If a Host sends such communications, you should contact the Host to opt out.

7. Disclosures & Transfers
We have put in place contractual and other organizational safeguards with our agents to ensure a proper level of protection of your Personal Information. We will not disclose or transfer your Personal Information to third parties without your permission, except as specified in this Privacy Policy.

From time to time, we may employ third parties to help us improve the Website and/or Services. These third parties may have limited access to your data solely to help improve the Website or Services and will be subject to contractual restrictions on their use of the data.
- Important Exceptions
We may disclose your Personal Information to third parties without your consent if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is required by law or is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm to the rights or property of SwarmTix, other users, or others. We may also disclose personal information in connection with a corporate reorganization, a merger, or a sale of assets, provided that the information continues to be used as permitted by this Privacy Policy by the acquiring entity.
8. AI Assistants and the SwarmTix MCP Server
SwarmTix operates a Model Context Protocol (“MCP”) server at https://swarmtix.com/mcp/v1. It lets a Host connect an AI assistant — for example Claude, ChatGPT, or the Host’s own software — to that Host’s own SwarmTix organization.
- This is off by default
No assistant can reach any SwarmTix data until a Host signs in, chooses the organization, and approves a specific list of permissions on a SwarmTix consent page.
- What a connected assistant can read
Only what the Host approved. Permissions are granted individually, and a permission that was not granted hides the corresponding tools from the assistant entirely. Depending on what the Host grants, an assistant may read: event details, dates, ticket types and prices; sales and traffic analytics; orders and attendee lists, including ticket buyers' names and email addresses — each order carries the buyer’s first name, last name and email address, and each ticket carries the attendee’s first and last name; discount offers and codes; and the Host’s teams and saved venue layouts.
- What no assistant can ever read
Ticket barcodes and security codes are never returned by any tool, because they are the credential that admits someone at an event. Payment card data is never returned. Billing, payout and account settings are not covered by any permission.
- What a connected assistant can change
At most: create an unpublished draft event, duplicate an event into a new draft, set an event’s dates, create or change a ticket type, add a checkout question, and create a discount code. No assistant can publish an event, issue a refund, take a payment, check anyone in, email attendees, import a guest list, or delete any record.
- Who receives the data, and who is responsible
When a Host connects an assistant, the data the Host approved is transmitted to that assistant’s provider, and that provider’s own privacy policy and terms then govern what it does with it. SwarmTix does not choose that provider, does not control it, and is not its processor. A Host who connects an assistant is directing this disclosure and is responsible for it, in the same way as for any other tool the Host connects to its own data. Attendees and ticket buyers with questions about a particular Host’s use of an assistant should contact that Host.
- What we log
For each MCP request we record metadata only: the time, the organization and connection it came from, the name of the tool called, whether it succeeded, and how long it took. We do not log the contents of requests or responses. We do not receive, store, or have any access to the Host’s conversation with the assistant. No SwarmTix tool accepts conversation history, chat transcripts, assistant memory, or user files, and none requests them. These records are operational telemetry, kept so that we can run and support the service. They are not a complete record of account activity and should not be relied on as one.
- Retention
MCP request logs are retained for 90 days and are then deleted. Access tokens expire one hour after they are issued; refresh tokens expire 30 days after they are issued, or immediately when a connection is revoked.
- How to revoke
A Host can revoke any connection at any time in Settings → Developers → Connections. Revocation takes effect on the connection’s next request rather than whenever its token would otherwise have expired, because every access token is checked against our store on every call. Revoking ends the assistant’s access to SwarmTix; it does not delete anything the assistant’s provider already holds, which is a matter for that provider.

9. Children’s Privacy
By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with parental consent. The Website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Children aged 13 or older should not submit any personal information without parental or guardian permission.
10. Visiting Our Website from Outside the United States
This Privacy Policy covers the collection of information on the Website from U.S. and Canadian residents. If you are visiting from outside these regions, your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

SwarmTix may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in practices and services. When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. We recommend checking the Website periodically for updates.
