Tool Reference
swarmtix_online_program_get
Returns an online event's categories, speakers, hosts and talks, with each talk's time and video
swarmtix_online_program_get
Returns an online event's whole program in one call: its categories, speakers, hosts and talks. It only reads.
When you would reach for it
- Before changing a program - to get the ids the other online tools ask for.
- Checking a program an assistant has just built.
- Seeing which hosts still need to connect Zoom before the event can be published.
Scope
events:read
It is read-only, non-destructive and idempotent, so a client may retry it freely. It only works on an online event.

video.url | Left out (null) for any Zoom video |
Speaker and host email addresses are never returned. Neither are Zoom start links or any Zoom provider data.
What happens when you call it
- The event is resolved through the read gate.
- The event must be an online event.
- Categories, speakers and hosts are read through the event's own links. A speaker or category counts as "on this event" only when the event links to it.
- Talks are read with their speakers, categories and video settings.
Troubleshooting
"Event not found, or this connection does not have access to it."
The event does not exist, it belongs to another organisation, or this organizer may read it but not edit it.
"This event is not an online event. Talks, speakers, categories and hosts belong to online events only. Nothing was changed."
The event is a physical event. These tools only work on events created with kind: "online".
Use cases
- Planning edits - read the ids first, then call the create, update and delete tools
- Review - check times, speakers and videos after an assistant built a program
