Make numbered raffle tickets with a stub for the buyer's name and phone. Print them on any printer or save as PDF.
Type your fundraiser name, the prize, the draw date and the price, and choose how many tickets and the first number. Each ticket has two parts with the same number: the buyer keeps the ticket, and you keep the stub with their name and phone number for the draw. Click Print tickets and cut along the dashed line.
Start at 1 (or 0001) and count up, and never print the same range twice. If you sell from more than one book, give each seller their own range, for example 1-100 and 101-200, and write the range down so you can check every stub comes back.
Put every sold stub in a box, mix well and draw in front of people or on a live stream. Read out the number, check it against the stub, and call the winner on the phone number they wrote. Raffle rules differ by state and country, so check whether you need a permit before you sell.
