Seat your guests at tables for a wedding or gala, or lay out numbered rows for a show. Print the chart in one click.
Divide your guest count by the seats per table and round up. 100 guests at round tables of 8 need 13 tables; at tables of 10 they need 10. Leave one or two seats free per table if you can, so late additions don't force a full rework.
Choose Tables for a wedding, gala or dinner, paste one guest name per line and set the seats per table. Keep the order to seat guests in the order you typed (put couples and families next to each other), or shuffle for a mixer. Choose Rows for a theater, concert or talk to get row letters and seat numbers. Then print the chart or save it as PDF.
Rows get letters from the front (A, B, C ...) and seats get numbers from left to right as seen from the stage, so A1 is front left. After Z, rows continue as AA, BB. An aisle splits the row but keeps the numbering, so people can find their seat from either side.
