A run of show template that keeps the times right. Edit a segment's length and every time after it moves.
| Time | Min | Segment | Who | Notes and cues |

A run of show is the minute-by-minute plan for the day of the event: every segment with its start time, length, who runs it and what the crew needs to do (mics, slides, lights, music). The host, the stage manager and the AV team all work from the same sheet.
Pick the template closest to your event and set the start time. Change the segment names and lengths, and the tool works out every start and end time for you. Add who is responsible and cues in the notes, then print it or download the CSV to open in Excel or Google Sheets.
Add 5-10 minutes of buffer after doors, after each break and before the closing segment. Speakers run over, and moving a room of people always takes longer than planned. If the event runs late, cut from the buffers first, not from the headliner.
